provides break-fix on customizations, systems analysis, and client support for
Infor customers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. We are
subject matter experts of our Infor product suite, capitalizing on our
industry knowledge to efficiently provide our customers solutions to enhance
their business processes.
Infor Managed Services (IMS) team in Egypt is looking for Consultants with in-
depth knowledge in one of more of the following industries: Manufacturing,
Distribution, Food and Beverage, Fashion and/or Equipment Service and Rental
(ESM&R), Supply Chain Management. If hired, you will be responsible for
ensuring world class managed services support for IMS clients worldwide.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Incident/Change/Problem Management:
* Responsiveness to close customer requests/Incidents
* Preventing re-occurrence of issues.
* Develop strong functional consulting skills surrounding Infor applications (and related third party) technologies and tools to support product customizations, modifications and related consulting/training activities.
* Responsible for analyzing and interpreting client requirements, drafting functional descriptions and/or programming specifications as required
* Analyze customers' business requirements objectives; develops business processes to meet customers' business needs. Model to-be business processes in the Infor application. Document and communicate the planned use of the Infor application.
Process Compliance:
*
All mandatory trainings have been completed on time.
* Timely Completion of Time Sheets.
* Comply with processes set by Service Operations Managers per contract.
Competency Development:
* Support people in the Practice with coaching & mentoring for new joiners and early talent trainees.
* Industry and Technology Skill Transformation.
Improvement/Initiative Engagements:
*
Volunteer involvement on initiatives.
* Active contribution to Shift Left.
* Active contribution to develop and adopt tooling.
What you will need:
*
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information
Technology or any related field.
* Problem analysis and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to verbally present complex concepts and technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner.
* Flexibility to work on shifts for prolonged times (shifts being stable as locked to a time Zone like US or EMEA).
* Provide On-Call support during weekends when necessary

What will put you ahead:
* Experience with Infor M3.
* Experience with any other ERP.
* Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and planning skills.
* Knowledgeable in process analysis, design, and documentation.
