Job Description
We are expanding and we are looking for a Consultant, Security Governance &
Compliance for Egypt, Smart Village, Cairo

The role:

This role will be focused on security operations delivery for the assigned
Client Program. Participate in establishing a program to deter, detect and
mitigate risks, including establishing capability to monitor and audit
information, evaluate personnel security information, establish employee
awareness, driving assurance test and supporting internal and external audits.
Partner with Delivery teams to ensure compliance to contractual requirement,
including auditing for metric manipulation, inappropriate system use, and
investigation of security incidents. Involvement in technical discussions to
ensure the best solutions are implemented to meet security requirements of the
business.
Responsible for driving assurance tests including physical security of the
production space and logical security of the production systems and tools to
ensure the Corporate Security Standard is established and measured as per the
requirement.
Require results to be achieved through direct interaction as well as engaging
other internal groups or individuals. Support incidence response and
investigations, as required.
This role will collaborate and align closely with the Corporate Security,
Cyber Defense, Cyber Threat Operations, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability
Management teams to enhance prevention, detection, response, and remediation
capabilities.

What you need to have is?

* Prior experience supporting Telecommunications program in a contact center environment
* Prior experience with Implementation and maintenance of security practices in a production environment, and handline sensitive information, in line with contact center security requirements
* Prior experience conducting risk assessments of a program, creating, and driving the remediation plans to closure
* Prior experience conducting information security activities i.e security education, emerging risk communication advisories and driving awareness.
* Ability to maintain and enhance compliance to customer security requirements
* Capability to lead internal assessment for the program, covering all aspects of customer requirements and at the expected periodicity.
* Ability to provide incident management support to global security team
* Technical knowledge to prepare for and lead customer assessments and bring prompt closures of corrective actions plan
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to concisely deliver information to executive leadership and/or client and customer executives
* Oral and written fluency in English
Nice to have:
* Industry accredited certifications like CISSP/CISA/CISM/CIPP/CEH/ISO ‎27001
* Familiarity with common frameworks and data privacy regulations such as GLBA, GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS, NIST, and law enforcement guidelines
Responsibilities:
The main activities within the Daily Operations are the following:
* Drive the implementation of contact center security requirement, global security directives and guidelines, complement with local security instructions as needed.
* Conduct internal audits across functions to strengthen the security practice
* Identify outliers from performance metrics and incentives to identify and remediate fraud and metric manipulation
* Drive operational performance of behaviors that cause violations of Client requirements
* Inform program leaders of updates and progress on security initiatives
* Implementation of client security guidelines, global security directives and guidelines.
* Manage security incidents and investigations in accordance with the Data Incident management procedures
* Provide subject matter expertise on client security requirements and support local implementation and maintenance activities
* Provide technical support to the enterprise for the information security program
* Drive security awareness activities amongst all personnel supporting the program
* Perform specialized security training on client security requirements to create the Security culture within the organization
* Assess threats, risks, and vulnerabilities from emerging security issues
* Participate in contact center security standards and guidelines for system configuration implementation and auditing
* Perform and create procedures for program system security audits, and vulnerability assessments
* Work independently and coordinate cross function at a senior level.
* Build & maintain documentation for all procedures, as required to continually improve levels of service & efficiency and meet quality standards.
* Responsible for working alongside, and understanding in-depth technical teams (e.g., I.T., Security Operations Center, Threat Operations, Legal, HR, Privacy)
* Recognize and promptly identify critical situations which could result in significant business, regulatory, and reputation impact to Concentrix or its partners, and communicate appropriately.
* Contribute and support other special projects and initiatives in support of the Global Security team.
* Produce and maintain incident documentation in various formats including incident chronology, stakeholder status updates, executive briefing notes, and post-incident reports.
* Experience in project management with a proven ability to drive teams, individuals, and tasks to completion.
* Ability to work with a remote, diverse, and global workforce.
