Our Finance Team provides support and insight for the business through
planning, analyzing, and reporting. We use extensive data to aid important
decision making that impacts our global organization and to identify areas for
improvement. Our team innovates through digitization to constantly improve the
value we provide.
Partner with the best
* Plant strategy and execution of manufacturing finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities along with other finance colleagues and leaders.
* Handles P &L and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls (PI, Revals, standards, variances, etc.), product fulfillment and COGS booking, etc.
* Detects and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.
* Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
* Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take ‎1-‎3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within ‎1-‎2 months
* Support with profitability and cash generation
* Handles other tasks as assigned by leader
* Works under direct supervision from CFO and Global manufacturing Finance Leader.

To be successful in this role you will:
* Bachelor's Degree in finance or Accounting from accredited University
* This role is Fresh Graduate/entry level experience, ‎0-‎2 Years of related experience is preferred
* Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive mind-set, ability to bring to the team.
* Possess good knowledge & understanding of Statutory
* Excellent in MS office.
* Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills.
