HR Coordinator - MC


Unit
Maritime Cluster Management


Job Purpose


Collecting and organizing employee documents for maintenance of individual
employee file creation
Recording and updating existing employee files and contracts
Handling all the employees of Divetech and ASCL
Supporting the recruitment process for white-collar and blue-collar candidates
Collecting the required legal documents for submission for CID clearance from
selected candidates
Handling all the new employees of Divetech and ASCL
Cross-checking the candidate 's submitted documents and submitting to the
corporate team for CID clearance
Once the CID clearance is received, will submit the required documents to the
PR team for issuing residence visas
Handling Divetech and ASCL company's all employees


Key Responsibilities


Creating new employee ID for the payroll process
Coordinating and handling insurance submissions and legal submissions for
employees with the insurance team
Handling, supporting, and training employees for EBAB software and others
Supporting and handling employee technical support
Arranging and supporting the concerned team for scheduled employee training
Handling and arranging employee (White collar and Blue collar) air tickets and
hotel bookings as per the costs and per diems
Preparing and handling employee third-party contracts and secondment
agreements and forwarding the same to focal departments
Tracking the invoices and submitting them to the accounts departments through
the system asper the concerned cost centers
Handling and supporting employee-related queries, system support, etc


Key Interaction


The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource
processes at all business locations. This role administers employee health and
welfare plans and acts as liaison between employees and insurance providers


Required Qualification and Experience


Master' / Bachelor'sdegree
