Accountable To
The public relations officer (PRO) is the chief person responsible for all
communications, public relations, and public affairs in an organization.
He/She runs a team that will work on setting the right image for the company's
brand among its audience.
Responsible for
Residence Visa process:
Gathering required documentation of newly recruited candidates' residence
visas and Emirates ID applications.
Applying and tracking visa applications for Divetech and ASCL
Working Relationship
Managing E channel and keeping track of visa expiries and notifying to concern
department.
Tracking AMWAL Accounts to maintain sufficient funds for visa application
Objectives and Role Profile
CICPA:
Applying CICPA pass and various permits for Divetech and resolving all CICPA-
related issues.
Requesting and applying for LOA for various projects online.
Key Tasks and Performance Indicators
Public relations:
Preparing required documents and supporting all public relations activities.
Foreign Embassy - Visa assistance and attestations:
Collecting information from various foreign embassies regarding visa and
travel requirements for required Business trips for Cluster Management
Employees.
Preparing applications and scheduling appointments as per the requirements.
Foreign Embassy attestations for Visa and travel requirements.
Qualifications/Experience/Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism or related field
