Conducting interviews with suitable candidates chosen by the line manager
based on the job requirements
Coordinating the interview process, including communication between the
candidates and the technical team. Participating in the interview and
submitting questions related to Human Resources at the company
Arranging Competency interviews for shortlisted candidates
Preparation of formal offer letters for candidates selected by Divetech.
Negotiating their remuneration demands within the budget of the company

Payroll (Divetech):
Managing the overall payroll system for Divetech 's employees, such as
collecting attendance and adding allowances for each employee according to
their job contracts and projects
New Joiners Announcement
Preparing the announcements of new joiners by collecting their documents from
the Shared Service
Key Tasks and Performance Indicators
Human Resources (HR) Officer is responsible for managing every aspect of the
employment process, including orientation and training new staff members. They
also assist with payroll management, so employees receive their paychecks on
time
