A multinational company Commodities industry located in Alexandria - Egypt,
is hiring a " Personal Assistant" for the Country Manager.
Job description:
* Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls and requests for HQ UK.
* Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
* Arrange travel, visas and accommodation and occasionally, traveling with the Country Manger to take notes or dictation at meetings.
* Cash Tracking, expenses, reports, develops filling system hard copy and soft copies.
* Executing all kind researches requested by Country Manager.
* Taking meeting minutes.
* Plan in-house or off-site activities like parties, celebrations and conferences.
* Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
* Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the Country Manager is well prepared for meetings.
* Handles meetings inside and outside the company and assisting with all reports required by the County Manager for HQ UK.
Requirements:
* Experience: 2-5 years in the same career.
* Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
* Flexibility in both the working hours & in dealing with the different situations.
