Expert in Analytical and Critical Thinking
* Gathering process information (field work, document analysis, stakeholder interviews, etc.)
* Document existing process flows (as-is), Elaborate initiatives for process improvement, Document optimized processes (to-be)
* Documenting gap analysis
* Perform business analysis for new product/service and produce Business Requirement specification, functional requirement specification and other project related document.
* Experience working on UML, wireframes and user experience using tools like balsamiq, axure etc …
* Handling grooming session to elaboration functional analysis documentation for the development team
* Created user stories, use cases, process flows, user journeys etc...
* Worked in projects handled in Agile methodology
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
* Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
* Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Optional:
* Experience working in shipping/logistics/supply chain domain related projects
