2-4 years of analyst experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or
marketing operations role
* 2+ years of experience with Salesforce reporting platform
* Understanding of SaaS GtM processes, customer lifecycle, SaaS metrics, and CRM data model at a multi-product SaaS company
* Demonstrable success as a data analyst and understanding of reporting and data modeling in relational databases
* Expert Excel skills, including experience translating large amounts of raw data into actionable intelligence
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Effective working both independently and in a team environment
* Ability to prioritize and balance ad hoc reporting requests with larger projects.
* Highly motivated and pro-active individual with a passion for learning, problem-solving, and customer service.
* Proactive in searching for opportunities to improve and streamline processes using data, technology, and common sense
Desired Skills:
* Strong Power BI data modeling and reporting knowledge
* Experience working in PowerQuery
