Job Purpose
The FP&A Business Analyst will support the Enterprise Performance Improvement
team by providing financial data to support the projects in the company.
Roles & Responsibilities

* Develops and utilizes financials models to support the tracking of KPIs and value capture
* Interfaces with the finance team to ensure methodologies and tools utilized are standard within Weatherford
* Supports the project teams with their business objectives

* Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external
FINANCIAL

Experiencia:
Experience & Education
REQUIRED
* Bachelors degree in Business / Finance, Accounting or equivalent area of study
* 5+ years of experience in financial analysis / planning
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
REQUIRED
* Must be able to coordinate, prioritize and meet deadlines in demanding environment
* Superior analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to communicate information of a complex nature to various levels in the organization (both written and verbal)
* Ability to collaborate with others and build relationships in a global environment
* Knowledge of FP&A processes, data validation of data sets and financial literacy
* Expert level in MS office products / other financial tools used as standard today
