KONE Middle East & Africa (KMEA) is embarking upon an exciting growth phase
through a direct presence in 12 countries and more than 60 distributor markets
within the region. To complement our growth plans, Service & Modernization
Sales are considered to be a strategic priority for our Business.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, we are looking for an energetic and
enthusiastic Key Account Manager - Service & Modernization to be based in our
Abu Dhabi office. In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial
relationships between KONE and customers which are strategic or
nationally/locally important. You will proactively identify solutions and
develop processes that add value to our customers.
A service mindset is an outlook that focuses on creating customer trust,
value, and loyalty and hence we are looking for somebody with a proven track
record of being a go-getter who understands how to partner and collaborate
with the business. We need someone who has the ability to influence, is
result-driven, and a strong commercial acumen skills.

Are you the one?
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in one of the following: Complex Sales Process Management / Business Development / Key Account Management
* Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
* Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
* Passion for sales, with a proven track record in handling Strategic Key Accounts and a strong customer focus
* Excellent Arabic & English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* UAE experience is preferred.
