BAE Systems is currently seeking a Site Lead who is interested in joining a
team of professionals providing direct intelligence support to the Department
of Defense as part of a team based out of Fort Belvoir, VA.

Successful candidates will be accountable for all aspects of requirements and
manages the hands-on, day-to-day issues related to operational activities.
They will be responsible for operations including security, maintenance and
accountability and for meeting all technical requirements. The Site Lead
ensures that processes and network systems facilitate meeting performance
requirements. They will be the Point-of-Contact for local issues, authorized
to act on site-specific matters relating to the daily operation of the task
order and act as a "First-Level Supervisor" for site-employees.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Education / Experience -
* Bachelor's degree in technology related field AND ‎6 years of experience with either Systems Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration, or combination experience and a certification in one of the following: CCNP, CCSP or Security+ certification AND must have at least ‎3 years of experience managing teams of at least ‎10 people
OR
* Master's degree in technology related field AND ‎4 years of experience with either Systems Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration, or combination experience and a certification in one of the following: CCNP, CCSP or Security+ certification AND must have at least ‎1 years of experience managing teams of at least ‎10 people

Required Specialization Qualification -
* Communication skills to effectively interface with military officials, managers, and subordinates.
