Personal Security Lead
The Personnel Security Lead will be responsible for processing clearances and
handling all security requirements for a large government program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Shall oversee the accomplishment of the contract tasks and ensure completion of the associated deliverables.
* Shall lead or direct the work of contractor personnel meeting the requirements of the functional area.
* Must possess problem solving skills, as well as an ability to design, develop and implement process improvements and innovative solutions and must be able to communicate effectively to the Government.
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum five to eight (5-8) years experience working with personnel, physical and security principles, concepts, regulations, and practices sufficient to ensure compliance with contract security requirements.
* Experience working with IC security regulations, policies, and procedures in order to address and resolve security issues, violations, and questions related to applicable clauses desired.
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
* Experience working as a team lead or manager.
* Experience in the IC desired
* Must possess a current US Government TS/SCI clearance
