Job Description and Qualifications
About the Role: The Facility Coordinator is the second most senior
Facilities staff member onsite. The role is responsible for the supervision of
all onsite Facilities staff and shall be responsible for the overall delivery
of the FM service. The FC shall report directly to the Facilities Manager and
shall have extensive experience in technical performing this function. This
role will be assigned an Air Products computer, desk, and phone number.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and prioritize PPM activities
* Execute repair and maintenance projects independently by using FM resources
* Maintain timesheets for staff and seek OT approvals as required
* Supervise CAFM updates and reporting
* Facilitate staff trainings and critical notifications, conduct tailgate meetings
* Ensure implementation of Air Products safety procedures
Candidate Requirements:
* 15+ years of experience in multinational office Facility Coordination
* Extensive supervisory experience in directing trades staff in accomplishing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and buildings systems maintenance tasks
* Must have extensive knowledge of building management systems
* Must have oral communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic
* Must have excellent written communication skills in English for email correspondences
* Must have strong work ethic and be self-motivated
* Diploma/degree qualification preferred
