Job Summary:
* We are seeking a skilled Facility Technician to join our team. As a Facility Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of our company facilities This includes performing routine inspections, addressing maintenance issues, and ensuring a safe and functional environment for our employees.
Job Responsibility:
* Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner.
* Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carp work.
* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or breakdowns.
* Coordinate with external vendors contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance.
* Monitor and maintain the inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies needed for facility maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Respond to emergency maintenance requests and address them promptly.
* Keep accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities.
* Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects.
* Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
