Job Description and Qualifications
About the Role: The Facility Admin Assistant role supports the Facilities
Manager in performing administrative tasks. In this role, the candidate is
responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and will have extensive
computer usage. The candidate will be assigned an Air Products computer, desk,
and phone number.
Responsibilities:
* Document control, filing, and record keeping
* Stores inventory tracking, supplies disbursement tracking
* Managing petty cash and reports at the end of the reporting period
* Interfacing with Air Products staff for complaint tickets
* Help administer Facilities Management programs for Facilities Manager
* CAFM reporting and preparation for management updates
Candidate Requirements:
* Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
* Must have strong work ethic and be self-motivated
* Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Must possess exceptional organizational skills
