Main Job Purpose:


The People Experience Manager leads the PX Function for NALI, consisting of
Talent Partnering including and People Partnering, with the ambition of
delivering a great people, line manager and candidate experience. People
Experience Manager is a key role on NALI HRLT.
The role is responsible for a flawless end-to-end experience for people 's day
to day HR needs and is the main point of contact for global and regional
People Experience projects. The People Experience Manager develops core HR
capabilities within the People Partnering and Talent Partnering teams to
ensure they are capable to deliver excellent HR support to NALI HR function
powered by the Operational Hub based in Egypt.
The People Experience & Operations Manager leads the projects, implementation
of systems and process and drives the change management to improve 'People
Experience' in NALI business with the PX vision of "making every day simple,
special days really special" for our people.


Main Job Accountabilities:




  • Overall responsible for a flawless end-to-end experience for people 's day-to-day HR needs and key people moments.



  • Drives the best experience for our people, line managers and candidates through overall management of processes in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Core HR, Payroll, Reward/Benefits and any other specific NALI HR process.

  • Ensures centralization, standardization & automation of activities wherever possible to reduce operational risks striving for operational excellence.

  • Drives people experience for impact through (i) continuously improving the experience in moments that matter (ii) unlocking the power of Operational Hub (iii) leveraging the power of digital tools (Una, Workday, Payroll) with choiceful human touch.

  • Support NALI business through data led decision making.

  • Ensures that HR policies, practices, and programs are consistently applied by the PP team across.

  • Ensuring people can carry out everyday tasks by accessing simple digital tools, getting fast answers, and utilizing a better integrated technology landscape

  • Leads the implementation of business critical and HR projects together with local/global teams.

  • Develops and implements a strong capability plan to develop the team into high-performing PEX team.

  • Brings strategic HR and business insight to all people related issues and plays a key role in delivering brilliant HR basics and driving HR fundamentals right.

  • Works together with BU HRBPs to deliver the people agenda in support of the business & HR strategy.

  • Ensures PEX team works seamlessly together with the wider NALI HR team, Expertise teams and acts as local point of contact for the broader network.

  • ‎8 years + of diverse HR experience

  • ‎3 years + team leadership experience with track record of building capability with direct reports

  • Strong customer service & stakeholder management skills

  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Good understanding of NALI employment laws and regulations

  • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively

  • Experience in leading and implementing system and process improvements

  • Broad understanding of HR systems and processes

  • Have proven experience in implementing new and/or changes to processes, tools and ways of working
