Job Main Purpose
We are looking for someone to join the team, to fill the position of B &W
formulation and program lead in NALI, focusing on formulation development,
technical project management, and delivering non-innovation projects (5S) OTIF
to drive profitable growth to brands in the BU.
This position will interface with local business functions such as Marketing,
Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Customer, Regulatory, Global R&D
functions, as well as suppliers and other external partners.
This person must have a high level of autonomy to make decisions on projects
and lead discussions with the category teams and stakeholders both global and
local.
Job Main Accountabilities:
* Leading the formulation development for the NALI B&W program , both innovations and non-innovations (5S, Supply Chain support, material resilience programmes).
* Partnering with multiple global and regional stakeholders for each project to ensure OTIF delivery.
* Constantly strive for improved ways of working, optimized delivery and superior products.
* Lead identification and execution of relevant technical capability building.
* Lead R&D B&W team - 1 direct report.
* Represent R&D in discussions with global/regional/local stakeholders.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
* Minimum 5years experience in R&D within an FMCG company, with at least 3 years' experience in a management role
* Preferably a Science or Engineering degree
* a must to have a proven track record on project delivery on FMCG, formulation development and assessment; test methodologies; project management; team leadership; strategy development and change management.
* Evidence of being a thought leader in data and digital
* Minimum of 2 years Project Management experience
* Experience in managing or coaching team
* Technical Specification & Supply Chain Support
* Working Knowledge to Fully Operational Project Management Skills
