Export Planner - (Temporary Contract)

Job Scope:
The Export Planner is part of Mashreq supply chain team & acts as the key
contact person to address all customer queries and requirements and resolve
day to day issues.
The role is responsible for execution of planning of the supply and operations
for Export Customers ensuring meeting their demand On-Time-In-Full, while
ensuring ZERO business waste & optimum stock levels.
Roles & Responsibilities
Contribution in SCR (Supply Capability Review) requirements as part of S &OP
cycle (Supply & Operations Plan)

• Ensure the receival of demand from Export customers and validating demand signal and variability for all products within the category.


• Creation of Plan by Customer: Creation of working file::analysis of last cycle SCR Vs. achieved Vs. backlogs, Vs. new SCR, Open orders of Customers, and extras confirmation)


• Creation of working File - Plan by SKU, by customer .


• Consolidation of Categories - Plan by Customer: inputs Commitment Vs. STOs.Ensure the SCR submission from all Customers and validate the submission After the receipt Of SCR submission, planner is responsible of analyzing the Demand Variability per category per customer/pack size/brand And check with customers their comments on odds, Prepare an Overview per Overall Category. To be shared in the SCR discussion


• Collect the Supply Reply with supply planners and work on mitigating plans to close gaps and ensure customer requirements are met.


• After SCR Closing, Export planner work on Splitting file to allocate the supply plan per material per customer.


• Sharing Supply Reply with customers after splitting the supply planners reply on demand and materials availability
  Execution of Daily Operational Plans


• Export planner; is responsible of collecting STOs (Stock Transfer Orders) for each respective ,MSO


• Create OBDs


• Keep follow up on Stocks report


• Work closely with Supply Planning to be monitoring supply phasing to ensure weekly shipments are fulfilled.


• Prepare the shipments plans by sharing with Export Logistics team the plan in form of Containers.


• Plan for the orders loading dates along with following up with Logistics operations.


• Keep track of shipments plan vs actual


• keep very well coordination with Export Logistics team to plan the shipments and loadings, and be updated of ETD and ETA to respond to customer queries.


• Creation of tracker for shipments by customer, SKU & destination
  Customer Service Level


• Export planner attend ECR meeting with their respective customers to collect feedback on process in order to improve the service level, through reviewing the demand /supply plan/


• Export planner act closely and agile with customers to be able to respond to any specific requirements on time in full


• Keep good customer relationship management and abide to a mutually agreed SLA.


• Export planner is responsible to highlight any risk related to supply to the customers and work on mitigation plan.


• Comment and analyze their monthly ICDOT results in relation to their respective category(Inter Company Dispatch on time


• Maintain highest quality standards, ensure safe working practice and care for environment through total compliance with the guidelines set up in the Company Health & Safety, Environment, Quality and Consumer safety policy of Unilever Mashreq.
  Key Competencies & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Production/Mechatronics)


• ‎3+ Years of work experience


• Knowledge of FMCG Supply Chain and S&OP Process


• Knowledge of SAP ERP & APO system


• Strong Communication skills


• Strong Organization skills and Time Management


• Commercial and business acumen
