Main Job Purpose:

The Supply Chain Business Partner plays a critical role for Mashreq UFS as it
sits in the heart of UFS cross-functional business teams partnering Marketing,
CD, Finance, Local & imported Sourcing Units, Customers & Regional teams to
ensure all UFS range is available at the right time with the right quantities
with the lowest Cost, desired quality and highest Customer Service levels.
Job Key Responsibilities:
Demand Planning:
* Lead and help CD team build a realistic forecast in line with the historical data and future trends
* Improve forecast accuracy & forecast bias and maintain their loss trees
* Lead & ensure full implementation of S&OP process
* Review the aggregate short-term volume forecast and highlight gaps, risks and opportunities
Supply Planning:
* Secure supply of full portfolio from both local & foreign SUs
* Ensure all our SUs are having the needed capacity to service our ambitious business growth
* Manage Inbound shipments from the point of placing order till delivery at our warehouse
* Challenge and try to sort out any supply risk
* Facilitate trade-offs where possible to achieve monthly financial targets
* Provide a proper outlook of the confirmed supply plan to the business for the cash up
* Run and maintain stock models and ensure maintaining optimal inventory levels for all SKUs
* Proactively monitor Near Expiry, Slow moving & obsolete stocks and ensure right actions in place
* Ensure fair allocation of supply between local & export markets
Customer Service:
* Responsible for Primary Shipments generation in light of signed off secondary forecast
* Lead WOM meeting & discussions with SUs
* Ensure full range availability at the right time with the right quantities to meet agreed shipment plan
* Ensure the highest service levels and maintain DR/CCFOT losses
Innovations Planning:
* Lead SC part in all UFS innovations including:
* Helping CD & Marketing with business case & volumes assumptions
* Managing liquidations and Phase-in/Phase out
* Sealing launch dates and ensuring landing innovations on time in full
Saving & GM:
* Help the UFS business achieving GM targets/aspiration by:
* Representing supply chain in 5S workshops
* Leading focused 5S workshops when required
* Driving the saving agenda
* Leading saving projects implementation
* Tracking and Eliminating/mitigating BW
Logistics & Warehousing:
* Monitor warehouses utilization & ensure capacity optimization
* Manage daily warehouse operations and deal with all challenges
* Monitor expiries & write off execution
* Conduct regular reviews with WH teams
* Track transporters reliability & conduct operational meetings with carriers
* Ensure efficiencies and strict compliance for direct dispatch, loading/unloading operations, etc.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience Required:
ESSENTIAL:
* 4 to 7 years of experience in any of Demand Planning, Supply Planning Supply Chain
PREFERED:
* Experience in both Demand & Supply Planning
Key Competencies & Skills:
Essential:
* University degree in Engineering, Logistics or Business Administration
* Fluent in English
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, Power BI is a plus
* Understand full S&OP cycle
* Strong Leadership Skills
* Strong Communication Skills
* Problem-solving and managing conflict skills
* Managing and leading change
Preferred:
* SAP or any ERP system knowledge is preferable
* Preferably no military obligation for male candidates
* Good working knowledge of Supply Chain Processes
Travel:
* Job is Cairo based with some travel to Borg El Arab upon business need
