Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!
* Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.
* Enforce compliance with quality system and proper appliance of the defined processes and procedures to meet the required quality level.
* As manager, he's the legal responsible in case of accident
* Optimize daily / weekly balance workload / resources (internal, external storage and freight capacities)
* Adjust MPH (Material Providing and Handling) programs according to customer priorities in the ad-hoc systems (LDS, DISS, …)
* Ensure management of the logistics process receiving goods > stocking > picking > Material handling > shipping finished goods and wastes
* Lead the SIM loop 2 with appropriated indicators & action plan and ensure the compliance with SPS of the SIM 1
* Synchronize support function actors on short term actions
* Organize the training needs of teams and manage the versatility in accordance with the target defined
* Manage warehouse processes performance and his team according to SPS / SIM rules and cycle event of the plant
* Ensure inventories accuracy
* Guarantee that service level , quality environment, process lead time, maintenance & productivity goals are reached
* Manage the yearly appraisal of all DVC inside the sector
* Monitor and analyse logistic costs
* Is the owner of the SPS Card 3C for the warehouse
* In addition to any other tasks, responsibilities and projects assigned by the line manager or site manager
Qualifications
About You*
Education: Bsc. In Engineering , Industrial methods and/or Supply chain
Language requirements:
* Fluent in English
* French language will be valuable
Experience: +10 years of experience in operations management
* Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and pallet racking systems.
* Knowledge of Warehouse management systems.
* Knowledge of manufacturing production and processes.
* Knowledge of lean management .
Skills requirements
