Description
Guardian glass is currently hiring for a Shipping Supervisor position on its
facility on 10th of Ramadan City. Responsibilities will include leading
employees and driving improvements in the areas of safety, productivity,
efficiency, production, and quality in their assigned area.
This position gives you a real opportunity to show your talents to achieve
manufacturing excellence by establishing and communicating goals, coaching,
evaluating performance and developing others to improve their performance. The
Shipping Supervisor position is the primary step into a management career with
Guardian Industries.
1. Provide leadership and direction for the safety of all employees and
visitors to the facility.
2. Helping Team to understand and apply Market-Based Management ® as a
framework to be used in performing all of work.
3. Lead, track and improve performance on key location goals and objectives
that create the greatest value.
4. Encourage and develop employees to improve their individual and
organizational performance and practice a principled entrepreneurship
approach.
5.Lead performance management and corrective action processes for employees.
6.Continuously improve plant performance through process improvements and lean
manufacturing techniques that create ongoing business transformation.
7.Work with upstream and downstream processes (and people), to exceed customer
expectations.
8.Help employees improve and advance to create an environment of the greatest
possible chance for success.
9.Should have hands on experience in warehouse and shipping relegated
activities.
10.Planning/ scheduling the activities and execute them in timely and
efficient manner.
1. Bachelor's Degree.
2. Very good level of English language.
3. Willing and able to work a rotating shift schedule 24x7x365.
4. Having experience on coaching, training, and developing of employees.
5. Proficiency using MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
