Description: SAP Material/Warehouse Management Specialest Responsible for all activities from process mapping, designing, configuration, requirements gathering, writing functional specifications, end user training, documentation, on-going maintenance and enhancements for the SAP Supply Chain including material and warehouse management Duties And Responsibilities:
Responsible for the discovery, design and configuration for all phases of SAP MM/WM S4/HANA implementations
Translate client's unique business requirements into functional
Participate in the development and delivery of solution training
Coordinate functional specification creation with Business/Users stakeholders for any system enhancements
In depth knowledge of Supply chain, sales and Manufacturing Business processes.
Business and solutions integrations with all modules .
Lead and participate in business process reviews, especially related to core Supplychain departments.
Problem solving ,workarounds and solutions design .
Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating Business units processes and recommending improvements
Be responsible for testing, data migration and reporting
Work with the technical team to make sure that your clients' needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions
Provides Users training
Collaborates with Project Manager and other Workstream members to ensure the overall solution meets client requirements
Transfer knowledge, train and coach other team members. Experience
4 - 8 years of experience in the same field Technical Skills
Strong experience with SAP S4/HANA
Solid and complix planning experience .
2+ Successful full lifecycle of ERP implementation with process Manufacturing & retail industries .
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM/WM Module and the integration with outher modules /third paries and machines integrations
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP MM/WM
Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
Document functional designs, test cases and results.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
Good in system analyses and requirements gathering.
Good in managing system changes and projects. Full understanding of the systems developments cycle.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to juggle multiple high priority initiatives.
Sense of urgency and ability to effectively prioritize.
