In this role, you will:
* Process and check all outward TT.
* Process and check all repatriation
* Ensure that all payments are processed in due time
* Ensure that all files are transmitted to clearance team after reception of reports.
* Ensure daily and monthly reports on section activity.
* Ensure the right processing of manual clearing
* Ensure daily and monthly reconciliations are done
* Ensure taking charge all queries received from RM's /ARM's
* Helping LCY / GTRF team when needed.
* Ensure customer satisfaction is met without compromising our integrity and procedures
* High level of customer service is maintained by ensuring that process productivity and quality targets are monitored and achieved.
* Processing of operations in due time according to cut-off time fixed within HSBC Algeria and committed towards customers.
* Share knowledge, best practice and experience with colleagues in achievement of their goals and objectives
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:*
* Minimum of 2 years on FCY operations
* University (BA) degree in business or related field
* Knowledge of local exchange regulation
