· Analyze Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) to rule out lost sales
opportunity and costly delays.
·Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
· Responsible to manage operation process of Procurement & Logistics.
·To maintain good relationships with vendors and ensure that the flow of
materials remains absolute.
·Assigning and directing all work conducted in the branches and overseeing all
areas of service. Handle the employees, cultivate a supportive atmosphere, and
ensure customer loyalty and proper branch service
·Controls and manage the order cycle which is associated with information
systems and other department.
·Inform all branches of the goods sent and monitor distribution of the
products.
·To find new means to reduce the transporting cost and increase the profits.
·Working closely with suppliers to improve operations and reduce cost.
·Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and
locations are coordinated.
·Execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock,
holding and maximizes stock system and paperwork accuracy.
·Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant raw materials to
maximize availability of working capital.
·Ensure incoming products are receipted and managed appropriately according to
company procedure
· Ensure back orders are received as ordered and that suppliers are chased to
ensure no late delivery situation.
·Design and implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted
to changing market conditions, new business.
·Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
·Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
·Formulate strategic and operational objectives, include the organization
expansion plans.
·Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
·Recruit, train and supervise staff
· Find ways to increase quality of customer service
