Description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our HR team as a
Recruitment Specialist and HR Generalist. This role will primarily focus on
recruitment activities, but the successful candidate will also take on various
HR generalist responsibilities, business partnering, talent management, and
stakeholder management to support the organization's growth and success

Your Responsibilities

Recruitment – Attracting, Sourcing, and Screening

Source, screen/short list for open positions
Establish recruiting requirements by learning the job description and
understanding department objectives; meet with hiring managers for a job
assignment brief and propose a sourcing plan
Build talent pools by researching and contacting universities/colleges,
employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites
Determine applicant suitability by conducting interviews and assessments, and
evaluating qualifications and experience against the job assignment brief and
job description
Coordinate interview arrangements for the hiring department: arrange
applicant’s travel and accommodation, schedule and escort applicant to
interviews, arrange local look and see tours

Employee Pre-boarding

Coordinate work visa application
Provide candidates with an overview of the pre-boarding and onboarding
processes
Coordinate with the department on the hiring progress and arrangement of
employee asset requirements

Data Management and Administration

Ensure all recruitment trackers/dashboards/reports are updated
Ensure offer letters and employment contracts are processed for all new
joiners and submitted to payroll within specified timelines, along with all
other required documents and forms

Business Partnering

Be the SPOC for different departments to understand their specific HR needs
and challenges.
Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees, fostering a positive
work environment.
Address HR-related issues and contribute to conflict resolution and employee
engagement efforts.

Talent Management

Support the implementation of talent management initiatives, including the
annual performance management process and employee development programs (e.g.,
learning needs analysis, learning management administration, competency
development etc.
Maintain TM related data, update trackers, and generate reports.
Research, compile, analyze, and present data and information to support Talent
Management initiatives
Assist in internship program arrangements.
Assist in documentation (drafting, distribution, and filing) of talent
management related forms and material.

Requirements

Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
HR certification or higher studies an advantage
Fluent in Arabic and English
Minimum ‎3 years of progressive professional Human Resources experience,
exposure to recruitment/onboarding preferred

Your Proficiencies

Good knowledge of recruitment/talent management practices in the region
Knowledge and application of various interview and screening methods
Ability to easily grasp requirements that vary per business unit and role, and
apply such understanding in sourcing the right candidate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
effectively connect with people at all levels and from various cultures and
backgrounds
Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Time management and multi-tasking skills; ability to organize and prioritize
Good analytical skills and decision-making skills
