Business Development Manager in Kuwait . You will Support to develop and
administer business development plans and processes to generate new/
additional business, maximize profit and grow market share in line with
business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies.

In this Business Development Manager position
You will be responsible to develop new business and maximize exposure for
DPDHL amongst targeted prospects,
You will identify new customers, initiate contact with them and investigate on
their needs and ensure that they match the company’s services.
You will be responsible to use information and insights from market studies
and feasibility studies to assess market potential.
You will have to pursue leads, conduct pre-proposal visitations, prepare
proposals, and discuss terms of sale to close with the aim to develop
relationships with prospects and potential key accounts.
You will initiate new business relationships with non-buying accounts that
have been targeted by the company.
You will coordinate for meeting customer requests and sell services that are
being promoted and coordinate sales efforts with inside sales and provide flow
of data on account competitors and suppliers to product management.
You will Identify problems that may not be clear in own area of authority and
modify work methods accordingly without the benefit of defined procedures.
You will have to explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to both internal and
external parties adhering to narrowly defined procedures, standards and
guidelines.
Now, here’s what we need from you.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/ qualification
More than two (2) years of experience within the same field
Selling and cross-selling skills, persuasion,
Excellent communicator in English, both written and oral.
We need you to be persuasive enough for negotiation of contracts and sales
proposal to customers.
Ability to work under pressure with a positive can-do attitude and service
excellence.
