Responsibilities:
* Managing and developing strategies that support online stores to improve the customer journey and sales.
* Examining landing pages, product information and availability, content, checkout options, and all other website-related systems for visual appeal, correctness, and usability.
* Managing and tracking website orders flow.
* Manage payment gateway and ensure payment and invoicing processes.
* Ensuring that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.
* Assisting with decisions about promotions such as discounted offers and affordable bulk packages.
* Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
* Analyzing website sales-related data to predict future sales and concomitant stock requirements.
* Solving all website technical problems such as that face customers on the website.
* Keeping up to date and constantly provide ideas to optimize user journey.
* Preparing and submitting the necessary reports and analyses to management per need.
* Liaise and coordinate with external parties to support e-commerce per business need.
* Collaborate with other teams such as finance and retail to insure smooth customer journey.
* Manage the periodic maintenance of the website.

* Knowledge of the e-commerce including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends.
