Job Description:
* Ensure functionality of physical security measures and systems
* Investigate any incidents of a breach in physical security arrangements and implement necessary preventive and corrective actions.
* Manage security operations and support the operations team.
* Implement and maintain security processes as per company guidelines.
* Conduct periodic risk assessments and audits.
* Maintain the Risk Register and ensure identified risks are addressed.
* Ensure the Security policies are implemented.
* Coordinate with staff and establish plans, budgets, and results measurements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in security management or related field
* Proven experience as a Security Manager
* Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
* Experience in planning and implementing security measures.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
