Contract) Job Description:* * Purpose: Team Leader -Communication will
be part of a small, close-knit, collaborative, and fast-paced team,
responsible for a range of projects internal and external communication ,
company brand building, CSR activities etc,. The role holder works very
closely with departmental stakeholders in order to form a communications
strategy that promotes a specific brand, minimizes discrepancies with an
organization's identity. Responsible to generates internal and external
support as Julphar embarks on the delivery of an ambitious change and digital
transformation program across the organization. Should be a self-starting,
emotionally intelligent professional with a positive, pragmatic outlook, good
judgement and a clear focus on results. Excellent copy writing and social
media management skills in both Arabic and English is a critical success
factor for this role. Key responsibilities & Accountability: Key
Responsibilities& Key Result areas: - Working closely with the department
head, responsible to drive, redeploy and implement 'Julphar internal &
external communication strategies and it core Ensuring the website, intranet
and social media are regularly updated with engaging, relevant content.
Generating, editing, publishing and sharing highly engaging multimedia content
that builds meaningful connections and encourages interactions. Developing and
maintaining close relationships with Arabic and English speaking journalists
in the region. Where needed, partnering with other departments to drive and
execute internal/external programs and initiatives. Finding opportunities to
develop content for internal audiences that align with Julphar's Business
Strategy such as internal stories, interviews and videos. Managing and
developing Julphar's corporate presentation. Creating and maintaining a social
media and editorial calendar with a positing schedule. Proposing new ideas for
social media and digital marketing campaigns and strategies. Staying up-to-
date with current technologies and trends in social media, tools and
applications. Suggesting and implementing new creative campaigns to develop
brand awareness. Continuously capturing and analyzing social media metrics,
insights and best practices. Creating and implementing social content
strategies for each of Julphar's social media handles. Producing video content
for events and digital campaigns. Ensuring website design and architecture is
in keeping with latest developments in website technology and is usable across
all commonly-used platforms. Writing Arabic content that helps tell Julphar's
story, while maintaining our house style. Drafting and proofreading content in
Arabic and English, for a range of platforms. Core Competency Must be highly
result oriented with strong sense of accountability & ownership with a mind to
accept changes. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation
skills. Professional and should be able to juggle competing priorities.
Proficient at creating and communicating a clear thoughts and implementation
plan among team members effectively aligning resources and activities to
achieve functional area goals. Solid technical knowledge with ability to think
diversely and having strong aptitude Must be able to multitask, task
prioritize without guidance and easily adopt to changing situations. Ability
to work effectively under pressure and meet established deadlines.
Qualifications: - Education 4 years Bachelor Degree in Communication. -
Experience: At least 6-8 years of total experience in Pharmaceutical & FMCG ,
Events related industries. - Training: Key Competencies: Should have handled
similar position for a better fitment for this position. Proficient in
Microsoft Office and computer skills; advance Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong command of English & Arabic with excellent written communication.
