Watchman حارس
Main Purpose:
Carrying out surveillance and guarding activities in MSF facilities, according
to MSF protocols and security rules, in order to ensure the safety and
security of all mission's personnel and premises.
الهدف الرئيسي
القيام بأنشطة المراقبة والحراسة في مرافق منظمة أطباء بلا حدود، وفقًا
لبروتوكولات وقواعد أمن أطباء بلا حدود، من أجل ضمان سلامة وأمن جميع شخصيات
منشآت البعثة.
Accountabilities:
* Surveying the MSF premise's access and guides people to reception within authorized hours. Contacts administration team for authorizing people access.
* Watching MSF premises and property's perimeter fence through regular patrols. Remaining on duty until other watchman comes to do a handover, never leaving the post unattended.
* Maintaining watchmen's equipment’s such as torch and other lighting tools. Maintaining communication equipment in working conditions and providing battery availability.
* Informing line manager of arrival of any materials before unloading and helping MSF staff carry heavy items, if necessary.

* مراقبة مداخل منشآت منظمة أطباء بلا حدود وتوجيه الناس إلى مكتب الاستقبال في غضون الساعات المسموح بها. الاتصال بفريق الإدارة للسماح للأشخاص بالدخول.
* مراقبة منشآت أطباء بلا حدود والسياج المحيط بالممتلكات من خلال دوريات منتظمة. البقاء في الخدمة حتى يأتي الحارس الآخر لتسليم المهام، وعدم ترك المنصب أبدًا دون رقابة.
* صيانة أجهزة الحراس مثل المصباح وأدوات الإنارة الأخرى. الحفاظ على معدات الاتصال في حالة صالحة للعمل وتوفير البطاريات.
* إبلاغ المدير المباشر بوصول أي مواد قبل تفريغها ومساعدة طاقم منظمة أطباء بلا حدود في حمل الأشياء الثقيلة، إذا لزم الأمر.Education:
* Desirable literacy
Experience :
* Desirable to have working experience at least one year in a similar role
Languages:
* Fluent in Arabic
* Good command in English is an asset

* خبرة عملية ضرورية لمدة عام على الأقل مع منظمة أطباء بلا حدود ويفضل في دور مماثل
اللغات
* إجادة اللغة العربية
