Hiring a Healthcare Assistant for Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting patients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
* Monitoring patient's vital signs and reporting any changes to the medical team.
* Assisting with mobility and transferring patients as needed.
* Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.
* Ensuring that patients are comfortable and well-cared for at all times.
* Keeping patient rooms and equipment clean and tidy.
* Documenting patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
* Following all health and safety guidelines and protocols.
* Communicating effectively with patients, their families, and medical team members.
Key Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or similar role preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
