JOB DESCRIPTION


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Consulting Manager to join our
team. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic guidance and support to
our clients, helping them to achieve their business objectives.

Our Ideal Candidate has:
* A minimum of ‎5-‎8 years of experience in an HR consulting role.
* Strong project management and proposal development skills in the area of People & Change Advisory
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business or a related field.
* Master's or professional qualifications like SHRM or CIPD is beneficial.
* Fluent English - Verbal and written.
* Fluent Arabic - Verbal and written (Preference will be given to bilinguals).
Project Management Skills:
* Assist in Practice development and Solution development.
* Manage delivery of projects and/ or project work streams, related to core skill areas.
* Project delivery as per commitments to client - technical quality of deliverables, meeting time commitments, managing client expectations.
* Support Business Development through proposal writing, presentations, research, etc.
* Manage client relationships on projects.
* Conduct structured research assignments based on project needs.
* People management - handle team of junior consultants on project work streams.
* Engagement project management skills.
Core Technical Skills:



  • Provide consulting services on a wide range of HR topics, including:

  • Organization Design and Development

  • HR Transformation

  • Talent Management

  • Workforce Optimization/ Manpower Planning

  • HR Optimization

  • Behavioural Change Management

  • Remuneration and Rewards Management


  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the client's overall business objectives.




  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and HR leaders.
