* Developing and delivering training and induction programs for new employees.
* Facilitating opportunities for professional development for current staff.
* Managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Planning for the long-term success and development of the company's workforce.
* Assisting with performance evaluations and managing the performance review process.
* Helping to build a positive and productive work environment for all staff members.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Proven working experience as HR Manager.
* People oriented and results driven
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases
* Strategic architecture and leadership abilities.
* Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
