We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our Life
Insurance department.
Based in our Dubai office, you will provide day-to-day administrative support
to our financial advisers and our customers by utilising excellent and in-
depth knowledge of the products we distribute following our internal /external
policies and procedures.
What will you be doing:
* Handle and resolve queries raised by financial advisers and customers
* Evaluate new business and servicing applications
* Assist financial advisers and customer with documentation
* Maintain client and policy data in our internal system
* Interact regularly with product providers and financial advisers, to ensure that customer requests are dealt with
* Coordinate with our compliance department when required
* Demonstrate a "can do" and professional attitude
What we are looking for:
* Prior experience in a customer servicing role in the life insurance industry
* Familiar with insurance providers operating with the local market, their products, and processes
* Must be a team player and use their initiative
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Be able to multi-task and prioritise workload
* Fluent in English
* Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook
