Responsibilities:
*
* Overseeing the office environment, administration and documentation for Directors and Executive Management
* Providing general secretarial services for Directors
* Liaising and coordinating instructions with concerned department and affiliates
* Organizing trips abroad for Directors and Executive Management, Office Sales and After Sales Team Including, but not limited to:
* Arranging flights, accommodation, travel insurance, liaising with customer, etc.
* Preparation of paperwork for visa requirements, visa application and collection at related embassies
* Processing new and renewal of employment visas, Trade License, Office Lease and all related to Jafza services through Jafza Portal
* Processing and filling of expenses reports, including International Sales Team
* Arranging hotel and transportation for external visitors (customers, auditors, affiliates)
* Organizing yearly budget and sales meeting
* Dealing with local vendors for insurance providers, stationery, general office supplies
* Handling local and international courier, document control and managing filling system
* Other jobs upon request
Qualifications:
*
* Bachelor’s degree major in Business Administration or related fields
* At least 3 years practical experience in Administration function with multinational company
* Good command of both verbal and written English
* Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
