Administration Executive
Job Description:
* Assist in the preparation and coordination of departmental budgets, expense reports and financial documents.
Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers and other departments.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
Follow organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and confidentiality.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Participate in other administrative tasks and special projects assigned.
Job Requirements:
_ - Proficiency in office software, such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)._
