Role & Responsibilities:
* Support the HR and/or line organization to provide professional HR support in all operational/administrative HR issues related to agreed activities. Performing employee background checks and verifying information
* Conduct exit interviews
* Collect and analyze employee data
* Use data to create employee profiles
* Organize and update employee files
* Adhere to regulatory standards
* Visa Process/Work Permit/Bahrain Visa - Visa cancellation
* Joining formalities (Internal/External)
* Medical Insurance
* Timesheets
* Document Controller/Printing Clerikal documents
* Employee Verification
* HRMS Software
* Bank account opening
* Handling candidates end to end procedures for Account Managers

Required:
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
* Excellent knowledge of all aspects of HR management
* Proven experience as an HR Generalist
* Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
* Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
* Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
* Additional HR training will be a plus
* Excellent computer literacy skills (intermediate to advanced level) in Office Microsoft
