Job Responsibilities :
* Designing and implementing an inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures.
* Plan a quarter Cycle count and Stock count for all customers to be covered yearly.
* Manage inventory team on each facility and plan the counts with warehouse managers.
* Do system reconciliation and adjust the stock accordingly.
* Track customer inventory accuracy on daily basis.
* ABC analysis for customer stock.
* Provide solution to customers to optimize stock turnover.
* Plan for stock consolidation to optimize the space.
* Plan for stock movements between the facilities.
* Do a quarterly report to the customers on non-moving stock.
* Create a Tool to monitor the inventory accuracy for all customers.
* Investigate on stock discrepancies and provide action plan with the team to maintain high inventory accuracy.
* Manage stock adjustment on warehouse management system.
* Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels.
* Analyze data and statistics to continually improve processes.
