About the Role:
This role is required to undertake passport client services including
providing the processing of passport applications. High level of interpersonal
skills with a client service focus. The ability to priorities tasking and
manages workflow in a high-pressure environment, often within tight deadlines.
The ability to work cooperatively, efficiently and flexibly as a member of a
LARGER team. A high level of fluency in spoken and written English, and the
ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Responsibilities :
* Provide passport services to INTERNAL clients - including the accurate processing of applications within required benchmarks, provision of advice to clients from written/telephone enquiries, maintenance of passport records, and the regular archiving of passport application documentation.
* Provision of policy advice with passport applications as necessary, including identity, citizenship, custodial and complex case issues.
* Manage complex passport cases and issue Emergency passports if required.
* Complete monthly passport reconciliations, statistics and update for the group.
* Entering passport in & out in company system & to keep track of the same.
* Email the new joiners of the passport collection after visa stamping.
