As Passport Processor, we rely on you to:
Update guest registration details in the CID system
Meet and greet guests from arrival to departure
Handle all guests’ requests or inquiries promptly and efficiently
Control traffic in the lobby and guide guests accordingly
We are looking for someone who:
Takes pride in being a hotelier
Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
Preferably has relevant experience in the hospitality industry in similar role
Loves interacting with guests
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
Enjoys working as part of a team
Has a can-do attitude
Is a self-starter
Able to work independently and under pressure
