TBS provides an integrated single window approach for all transactional
requirements of its corporate clientele across various segments and sectors
such as commercial government and financial institutions It aims at assisting
them with innovative financing and payment solutions as well as offers the
convenience of interacting with the bank away from traditional means
The Transaction Banking team continuously interacts with CFOs and Treasury
Teams of its corporate clients and is committed to build strong relationships
by meeting their underlying organizational objectives
Detailed Description:
Drive Escrow and Payment Strategy to position Emirates NBD as the most
soughtafter Transaction Banking solution provider
Responsible for directing facilitating and leading all discussion with Escrow
regulators for new product roll outs
Manage annual RERA product audits
Platform support and Process Reengineering
Conduct periodic trainings and product familiarization for RM empowerment
Job Requirements:
Identify cash Escrow opportunities in the existing portfolio
Supervise and guide the team to achieve the product specific targets
Optimize product profitability
Responsible for developing the Product Strategy for Cash Management products
and services
Lead development and roll out of new products and services
Develop robust business cases through product governance that seek funding to
support the development and execution of the product plans
Manage development of product programs
Ensure the team adheres to stakeholder engagement in product programme
development
Ensure Implementation of fully approved product programmes for Cash management
Product and Services
Develop and maintain marketing collaterals
Prepare management report of customer feedback and strategies for market share
growth
Lead Market analysis
Thought leadership initiatives
Review evaluate and manage risks to ensure adherence to the banks risk
framework and wider industry regulations
NPPA period reviews
Determine pricing sales and marketing strategies ensuring that benefits in
terms of customer satisfaction and financial targets are realized
Additional Details:
Bachelor of Commerce
10 years of banking experience in handling Cash and Escrow products
Well versed with cash management Escrow products
RERA Escrow Off plan sales Common Area Escrow
DIFC Escrow Body Corporate
Commercial Escrow
Abu Dhabi Real Estate Services Essential
Ability to develop product strategy ies and General Understanding of
technology
Well versed with local banking rules regulations and guidelines
Good Interpersonal communication skills with good spoken English Essential
Work closely with solutions Relationship Management team
Selfstarter Proven ability to deliver on stretch goals Multicultural exposure
