The Service execution Coordinator will be the focal point for the seamless and
lean execution of day to day, emergency and STO orders received from LBPs and
direct customers. They will ensure the smooth transition of the execution plan
done at quote stage to the operations team.
Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the
following:
* Conduct technical review on customer orders and ensure that they are in line with quotation
* Provide technical and commercial support to sales and Project Management teams
* Ensure that the job order work scope is well defined and complete
* Ensure that all documents such as datasheets & SDS are received from LBP/customer prior to execution.
* Ensure that all documents such as purchase order, datasheets, SDS & other relevant documents are saved in SharePoint for internal reference.
* Support in required documentation for gate passes and site access.
* Work/Liaise with Supervisors/Leads related to manpower, tools and equipment gate pass and training requirements for the job
* Facilitate meetings for the order hand over to the operations team
* Provide datasheets, clear customer scope and other technical documentation that operation team would need to execute the job
* Track the progress of the activities thru collaboration with Peers/colleague for timely invoicing of completed jobs.
* Manage the change order request from operations team to quotation for any change in scope during execution stage
* Assist in the clarification on work scope by the operation team
* Support STO Manager on manpower allocation
* Support in maintaining spreadsheet for STO orders to capture manhours, consumables & other expenses for work efficiency & GP traceability.
* Guarantee that the MEA Master Planner is constantly updated
* Assist post order internal review to examine the work efficiency and GP proficiency.
* Maintain literature, Long term Service agreements price lists
What do I need to be considered for this role?
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering
* 3-5 years experience in service execution coordination
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
* Effective communications in English written and verbal
* Knowledge of all types of valves, actuators, and accessories
