Job Scope
The Execution planner champions the voice of planning at Unilever and third
party manufacturing locations. Equipped with strong collaboration, negotiation
and trade-off analysis, this role drives cross functional synchronization in
the supply chain. Also, this role spearheads the future readiness of our
supply network (factories and suppliers).
Roles & Responsibilities
* Collaborate/align with factories (calendar and labour), MRP and MPS for line scheduling.
* Create (as per MPS), align (with factory and supply planner), publish and adjust line schedule.
* Incorporate adjustments through collaborations - Innovations, Breakdowns, Unplanned Maintenance.
* Manage plant stocks to ensure conformance to line schedule plan and manage volume of product left from change overs, reworks.
* Plan the delivery of materials, monitor delivery logistics and lead mitigation actions (Call off).
* Lead collaborative agenda with the suppliers for service level monitoring and drawing up action plans for continuous improvement.
* Drive 3PL interactions and follow-ups and support crisis management with suppliers, 3PL.
* Short term crisis management with suppliers, 3PL related to material execution.
* Align Line Scheduling to make changes to Production plan based on Supplier confirmation.
* Collaborate with L2 organization s to ensure conformance to line schedule plan, materials availability and run strategy.
* Manage unexpected plan shutdowns or extraordinary events communication to L2.
* Incorporate adjustments through collaborations - Innovations, Breakdowns, Unplanned Maintenance.
