Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.


Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of documentation, filing and secretarial work.
- Minimum ‎3-‎5 years ' relevant experience.
- Proficient in English and in MS Office.
- Bachelor 's degree.
- Age Bracket: Up to ‎30 years.
- Candidates having an accounting / finance background with secretarial work experience will be considered for the role.
- Female candidates will only be considered for the role.
