Our newest opportunity is for a talented Proposals Coordinator to join our
award-winning team based in Dubai, UAE.
This position is responsible for providing general administration support to
the Division and coordinates the development of high-quality proposals,
aligned with pursuit strategies and client requirements.
Responsibilities:
We envisage success in this role to include:
* Coordinating intake of incoming RFPs and addendums.
* Coordinating with other divisions, preparing Word, InDesign and pdf formatted documents.
* Preparing pre-qualifications, maintaining usernames and passwords.
* Compiling final proposals, uploading onto client portals, preparing initial GO/ NO GO documents.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career
journey to date will include 5 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor
Degree in a relevant subject.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) and Adobe InDesign is
essential.
