We are looking for a Distribution Manager, with a proven track record of
delivering hyper growth within Distribution. This role is for someone to build
significant channel scale and development across EMEA, managing the sales,
marketing, operations and technical strategy.
This is a unique opportunity to help one of the world's leading SaaS companies
build a channel, leveraging distribution to drive partner recruitment,
enablement and growth.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage Tier ‎1 relationships across Sales, marketing, operations and technical teams.
* Build and manage an EMEA wide business plan focused around high priority partners as well as key big bet objectives.
* Execute mass enablement strategies to help recruit and deliver success across our wide partner base.
* Track key performance indicators against quota and other metrics
Requirements:
* At least ‎5 years working in channel distribution for a technology company preferably in software, SaaS, cloud, collaboration
* Experience with medium to large VAR's, referral partners and service providers
* Track record of partner sales success
* Experience with executive-level engagements and communication
