Agile Consultants is looking for a dynamic candidate for our client to work as
a receptionist and support HR for administrative work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
- Greet, assist and/or direct visitors.
- Assist the Executive Director and other staff as requested.
- Provide office support services.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Receiving couriers and Arranging outbound Couriers.
- Support the HR department in Admin work - Ticket bookings, Hotel bookings, ordering food for foreign delegates etc.
Job Requirements:
- Immaculate Personality.
- Communication - English B1 Level.
- Confident.
- Fast learner and flexible.
- Previously worked in a multicultural dynamic environment.
