Job Purpose
The purpose of the job is to identify, engage, develop, review and retain
those individuals who have the potential to be of greatest value to the bank.
This role will report to the Head of Talent and Development and support the
talent and learning strategy for Commercial Bank of Dubai. The role will
partner with HR colleagues and key stakeholders in the business in order to
strengthen the skills of our talent pools.
