Strategic Learning and Talent Partnerships is to partner with key business
stakeholders, in collaboration with the strategic community of HR partners and
other key individuals, to ensure that all Learning and Talent solutions are
relevant and aligned to current and future business strategy and to drive
strategic learning communications with our HR, business and executive teams.
In this role, you will: - Lead the strategic learning/performance needs
analysis and project/business case development for business-aligned priorities
- Build and nurture relationships with key business areas to understand their
requirements, identify key priorities to strategically direct and align L&T
operations - Build and manage relationships with business schools - Business
development identifying key strategic partnerships with business schools and
external parties - Research/training needs assessment - Engaging and driving
the Strategic Learning Council - Facilitation KPI tracking, reporting,
communication and action planning - Representing L&T in forums that define
strategic HR investments - Strategic communication of L&T catalogue and offer
for all business areas and geographies - Connect the business with the L&T
community of expertise to ensure stakeholders receive relevant consultancy to
develop the right solutions at the right time - Partner with the L&T teams to
identify and implement opportunities for innovative and/or best-in-class
learning solutions and analytics - Play a proactive role in forecasting and
responding to the needs of the business and our key stakeholders, and respond
effectively to any potential critical risks in the viability of those
relationships - Provide expert advice and counsel, as required, to the
business and HR on the future world of work and emerging trends - Foster a
collaborative partnership with business and HR stakeholders across the group
Qualifications & Experience: To be considered for this role, you must meet the
below requirements: - 10+ years' experience in Human Resources or learning and
development - Minimum bachelor-level qualification in a related field,
preferably within Organisational Psychology or an equivalent field - Masters
level qualification would be an asset - Experience progressive experience in
Human Resources relationship management or related field Experience in
consultancy (coaching skills would also be an advantage) - Programme and
Project Management expertise and experience in working with PMO systems - An
excellent relationship builder who actively listens and knows how to ask the
right questions in order to fully understand someone else's needs - Confident
in holding the line with the business and able to manage business expectations
whilst maintaining effective relationships - Excellent communication skills
and exceptional at collaborating and influencing across all levels of the
business - A desire to continually seek out opportunities for improvement,
efficiencies and innovation in your organisational eco-system
